Your nameThoughtful writing used to signal thoughtful effort. Now a perfect, personal-sounding introduction can be generated—and followed up—at industrial scale.
Your inbox can no longer tell the difference between someone who spent ten minutes thinking and someone who spent ten seconds prompting.

Record once · One recipient · Real time required
Put one link wherever strangers find you. Human Inbox handles the awkward part before a first message earns your attention.
Replace your public email with a recipient-controlled front door.
No message body. No uploads. One fresh recording bound to you.
Review short messages with clear capture, identity, and reputation signals.
Scan intent, trust signals, and an uneditable transcript before you press play. Nothing autoplays. Nothing demands immediate access to you.
Transcript and summary generated from the recording. The sender cannot edit this text.
Deepfakes will evolve. So will automation. We make a narrower, more useful promise: this message carries layered evidence of fresh, deliberate, recipient-specific effort.
This message was captured live, created for you, passed a human-presence challenge, and was sent from an authenticated account.
Recorded inside Human Inbox. No uploads, camera-roll video, or editing.
The prompt is generated after capture begins, for one recipient, and expires quickly.
The send action is tied to an account, device, history, and optional company verification.
New-recipient limits and sender reputation make thoughtful outreach easy and blasting expensive.
“Make unknown senders spend the one resource automation can’t manufacture cheaply: their time.”
Human presence alone does not stop human spam. Scarcity does the rest: strict new-recipient limits, account history, accept rates, reports, and optional organization verification.

We are inviting a small group of high-volume recipients to design the right gate, limits, privacy defaults, and trust signals.
Not perfectly—and we do not claim that it does. Human Inbox provides evidence of fresh live capture, a recipient-specific challenge, and an authenticated sender. It is a proof-of-effort system, not a magic human detector.
Text filtering is an arms race. Human Inbox changes the economics before a message reaches you: every unknown sender must spend real time making one message for one recipient.
They can choose a fixed reason for contacting you, but cannot type a free-form message body. Searchable captions, a transcript, and a short summary are generated from the recording and cannot be edited by the sender.
The strict gate is for first contact. Once you accept a sender, you can move the conversation to a less restrictive channel for links, documents, and detailed follow-up.
Previews stay muted and can be blurred, downloads are off by default, and recipients can block or report immediately. The product is designed around short retention, secure playback, and deletion controls—not persistent face matching.
It must be. The product supports captions, sign language, gesture-based prompts, screen-reader-friendly controls, and an accessible voice-only mode with additional signals. Spoken phrases are not the only challenge format.
